Mr. Yuichi Hiromoto has been CEO of JIS Fund II since 2016, and he had also joined in JIS as a part time director overseeing the JIS Fund I since 2010. He has more than 25 years of widely-ranged investment experiences at Mitsubishi Corporation as EVP, Group COO at Industrial Finance, Logistics & Development Group, SVP, Division COO at Industrial Finance Division, as well as founder & CEO at Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty, one of the largest J-REIT asset managers in Japan. During that time, he was a director of the Investment Trusts Association as well as chairperson of the Association for Real Estate Securitization's international committee. He serves as director of the Japan Private Equity Association. He earned a bachelor degree of law from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Susumu Sekihata is in charge of the Investment Division, and also oversees the IR division. He joined JIS in 2019. He started his career at Mitsubishi Corporation, followed by Red Diamond Capital and Vestar Capital Partners. Before joining JIS, he made Partner at Polaris Capital Group. He has executed various private equity investments in Japan and the US throughout his career. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Economics from Hitotsubashi University and his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Takashi Komagata is in charge of the Investment Division, and also oversees the Administration Division. He joined JIS in 2011. Before joining JIS, he worked for Nomura Principal Finance, Morgan Stanley Japan Securities, and Marunouchi Capital, through which he gained experience in a wide range of investment activities from credit and bond investment to buyout investment. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree of in Economics and Political Science from Waseda University.

Mr. Toshihiro Matsuzawa has been serving as a part-time corporate auditor since 2017. He previously worked at ChuoAoyama Audit Corporation, and is currently a partner of Clifix Certified Public Tax Accountants' Corporation. He earned bachelor degree of Faculty of Business Administration at Hosei University, and is both a certified public accountant and a licensed tax accountant.

Mr. Nagamitsu Takakura joined JIS in 2019. He is involved in deal sourcing, and also supported investee companies. He was Deputy Head of Solution Products Division at MUFG Bank. Prior to this, he was Head of Investment Banking Planning Division at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities (seconded from MUFG Bank). He has earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Economics, the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Masaya Murozuka joined JIS in 2019. He is involved in deal sourcing, and also supported investee companies. He was general manager of Public & Financial Institutions Banking Department at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Prior to this, he was deputy general manager of Tokyo Corporate Banking Department Ⅲ, and general manager of Structured Finance Department. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University, and a Master of Economics from Graduate School of Economics at the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Hideki Shima joined JIS in 2020. He is involved in deal sourcing and also supported investee companies. He was the general manager of Corporate Research Department at Mizuho Bank. Prior to this, he was a deputy general manager of Corporate Banking Division No.16 and a deputy general manager of Corporate Credit Division. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree of economics from Kyoto University.

Mr. Ken Ikeno joined JIS in 2023 as an outside board member. He is engaged in mezzanine financing in the Strategic Finance Department, Development Bank of Japan Inc. He earned a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the University of Tokyo and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
