Mr. Yuichi Hiromoto joined JIS as a part-time director member in 2010 and has served as CEO since 2016. He has more than 25 years of widely-ranged investment experiences at Mitsubishi Corporation as EVP, Group COO at Industrial Finance, Logistics & Development Group, SVP, Division COO at Industrial Finance Division, as well as founder & CEO at Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty, one of the largest J-REIT asset managers in Japan. During that time, he was a director of the Investment Trusts Association as well as chairperson of the Association for Real Estate Securitization's international committee. He serves as director of the Japan Private Equity Association. He earned a bachelor degree of law from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Shuzo Ikeda joined JIS in 2011. He is involved in deal sourcing, and also supported investee companies as their member of the board. He was deputy general manager of the Credit Engineering Department at Mizuho Bank. He has earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Hitotsubashi University. He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan and has passed the Uniform CPA Exam (US).

Mr. Nagamitsu Takakura joined JIS in 2019. He is involved in deal sourcing, and also supported investee companies. He was Deputy Head of Solution Products Division at MUFG Bank. Prior to this, he was Head of Investment Banking Planning Division at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities (seconded from MUFG Bank). He has earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Economics, the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Masaya Murozuka joined JIS in 2019. He is involved in deal sourcing, and also supported investee companies. He was general manager of Public & Financial Institutions Banking Department at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Prior to this, he was deputy general manager of Tokyo Corporate Banking Department Ⅲ, and general manager of Structured Finance Department. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University, and a Master of Economics from Graduate School of Economics at the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Hideki Shima joined JIS in 2020. He is involved in deal sourcing and also supported investee companies. He was the general manager of Corporate Research Department at Mizuho Bank. Prior to this, he was a deputy general manager of Corporate Banking Division No.16 and a deputy general manager of Corporate Credit Division. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree of economics from Kyoto University.

Mr. Susumu Sekihata is in charge of the Investment Division, and also oversees the IR division. He joined JIS in 2019. He started his career at Mitsubishi Corporation, followed by Red Diamond Capital and Vestar Capital Partners. Before joining JIS, he made Partner at Polaris Capital Group. He has executed various private equity investments in Japan and the US throughout his career. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree of Economics from Hitotsubashi University and his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Takashi Komagata is in charge of the Investment Division, and also oversees the Administration Division. He joined JIS in 2011. Before joining JIS, he worked for Nomura Principal Finance, Morgan Stanley Japan Securities, and Marunouchi Capital, through which he gained experience in a wide range of investment activities from credit and bond investment to buyout investment. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree of in Economics and Political Science from Waseda University.

Mr. Eiketsu Tsuchiya joined JIS in 2018. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he gained experience in a wide range of investment-related services, handling M&A advisory services at Nomura Securities, equity and bond investment services at Citigroup, and bond investment at Deutsche Securities. Graduated with an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. Bilingual in Japanese and English.

Mr. Junichi Ebisuno joined JIS in 2013. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution and also providing support to investee companies. He is also assigned to work at investee companies. After graduating from university, he handled statutory auditing services for various industries as well as internal control support services at Ernst & Young ShinNihon, and M&A advisory services along with due diligence at GCA Savvian Corporation. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Economics at Kyoto University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Japan).

Mr. Kenyo Matsunaga joined JIS in 2018. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he handled international investment at Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings. He then worked at Roland Berger, where he was involved in formulating and executing M&A strategies for manufacturers, trading companies, and private equity funds, and formulating and executing strategies for entering overseas markets. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and economics from Waseda University, and an MBA from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business.

Mr. Yuhei Yanagisawa joined JIS in 2016. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he handled M&A advisory services at RECOF Corporation. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Hitotsubashi University.

Mr. Ryusuke Kuwahara joined JIS in 2023. Worked for 19 years in total at DBJ’s Corporate Investment Division, and, most recently, served as General Manager at Regional Investment Department. Graduated from University of Tokyo with bachelor’s in law and University of Maryland, Smith School of Business (MBA).

Ms. Yukiko Sato joined JIS in 2017, and is responsible for fund raising and investor relations in the IR Division. After graduating from university, she gained accounting experience at a foreign manufacturer and handled fund administration at Advantage Partners. She then worked as an office manager at the consulting firm Kurt Salmon US Inc. She has earned BA in Literature at Rikkyo University.

Mr. Shintaro Watanabe joined JIS in 2022, and is responsible for fund raising and investor relations in the IR Division. After graduating from the Faculty of Commerce at Chuo University, He was engaged in sales for pension funds and financial institutions at Mizuho Trust & Banking.

Mr. Masayuki Kojima joined JIS in 2017. As the head of the Administration Division, he oversees JIS's financial affairs and accounting (including the accounting and management of its investment funds), as well as human resources, general affairs, and IT systems. After graduating from university, He worked at the New York branch of The Saitama Bank. (currently Saitama Resona Bank), and then joined Mitsubishi Corporation, where he gained experience in financial affairs and accounting. After that, he was involved in J-REIT asset management, became a senior vice president at Diamond Realty Investments, based in Los Angeles, and was appointed as a director and senior executive officer at Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty. He earned a bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northeast Missouri State University in the US.

Mr. Yoshihiko Nobori joined JIS in 2013, and is responsible for its financial affairs and accounting (including the accounting and management of its investment funds), as well as human resources. After graduating from university, he engaged in international securities trading and financial accounts at a Japanese securities firm. He then assumed managerial and director positions at foreign securities firms, overseeing departments in charge of financial affairs, human resources, general affairs, and account settlements. He has earned a doctorate degree from Takushoku University's Graduate School of Commerce.

Mr. Nobuyuki Shitara joined JIS in 2017, and is responsible for its general affairs and IT systems. After graduating from an aviation college, he handled aircraft maintenance at Kansai International Airport, and was involved in installing core systems for logistics services at a system integrator company. After that, he managed departments in charge of general affairs and IT systems at Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty. He graduated from the Kokusai Aviation College, an aircraft maintenance engineer course.

Ms. Hiroko Sato joined JIS in 2018, and is responsible for its financial affairs and accounting (including the accounting and management of its investment funds) as well as general affairs. After graduating from university, she worked for regional bank and then joined Insurance Company, where she gained accounting experience. She then worked as an accounting manager at Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty. She has earned BA in Education at Shizuoka University.

Mr. Atsushi Takahashi joined JIS in 2021, and is responsible for various legal and compliance matters as well as internal auditing. He is a qualified lawyer registered in Japan and New York State. At law firms, he represented Japanese and non-Japanese clients primarily in financing and securities transactions over 10 years. Before joining JIS, he worked at legal departments of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation and Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. He earned a bachelor degree of law from Tohoku University, and an LLM degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mr. Yuma Ota joined JIS in 2020. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution, and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he handled M&A advisory services at Mizuho Securities. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo.

Mr. Tomohiro Hirai joined JIS in 2022. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution, and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he handled M&A advisory services at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, and RECOF Corporation. He has earned a Master of Business Administration from Graduate School of Commerce and Management at Hitotsubashi University.

Mr. Shinya Kamino joined JIS in 2022. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution, and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he was responsible for corporate financing and M&A advisory services at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and handled M&A advisory services at Nomura Securities. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Hitotsubashi University.

Mr. Takeshi Hayashi joined JIS in 2024. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution, and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he handled M&A advisory services at GCA Corporation (Houlihan Lokey) and also participate in investment process at Japanese private equity firm. He has earned a Bachelor`s Degree of law from Keio University.

Mr. Masahide Uchiyama joined JIS in 2025. He is involved in deal sourcing, analysis, execution, and also providing support to investee companies. After graduating from university, he engaged in M&A advisory with RECOF, Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, and J.P. Morgan Securities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Hitotsubashi University. He is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
