- Medium to large corporations, whether publicly listed or private.
- Target industries
- All types of industries except the financial industry
- Investment amount
- Maximum amount per investment is 25 billion yen
- Means of investment
- Class stocks (mainly preferred stocks), common stocks, or debt (loans with warrants, etc.)
- Investment return collections
- Returns on investments are collected over three to five years from the time of investment through the following methods:
Class stocks to be redeemed in cash, or to be sold after being converted to common stock.
Common stock to be sold to third parties or through public offering.
Debt to be repaid, or to be sold after exercise of warrants.
