- Size of corporations targeted for investment
- Medium to large corporations, whether publicly listed or private.
- Target industries
- All types of industries except the financial industry
- Investment amount
- Maximum amount per investment is 25 billion yen
- Means of investment
- Common or class stocks (mainly preferred stocks), convertible bonds, and term loans.
- Investment return collections
- Returns on investments are collected over three to five years from the time of investment through the following methods:
Trade sale of Common stock to third parties or through public offering.
Class stock and convertible bonds are sold after being converted to common stock, or are redeemed in cash.
Term loan claims are to be repaid in cash equivalents.
